Will you be posting set times in advance?

Yes, set times will be posted on the Good Karma Music & Arts Festival website a couple of days before the festival. Line up and set times are subject to change.

Can my band play at Good Karma Fest? Can I DJ at Good Karma Fest? Can I perform at Good Karma Fest?

When does the festival start and end?

The admission gate will open at 12:00 PM and the festival will end at 11:00 PM. Subject to change.

Is there an age limit/rule?

No, the festival is all ages.

What is the best time to arrive?

The admission gate opens at 12:00 PM. Please prepare for delays if you choose to disobey all signage and staff. Carpool, carpool, CARPOOL! Uber or Lyft is also recommended.

I am a member of the media. How do I make arrangements for a media pass?

Since this is a nonprofit event, can I volunteer at the event?

Yes, if you are interested in volunteering at the festival please contact info@goodkarmafest.com.

Can I distribute flyers or promotional items inside the venue or outside of the venue during the festival?

No, distributing flyers or promotional items inside or outside of the venue during the festival is not permitted. Individuals found distributing flyers or promotional items inside or outside of the venue during the festival will be escorted off the venue property by festival security.

How do I become a food vendor or merchandise vendor?

If you are interested in being a food or merchandise vendor at the festival, please contact info@goodkarmafest.com.

Can I use passes, wristbands, or the Good Karma Music & Arts Festival name to promote my website, product, or event?

No. The Good Karma Music & Arts Festival trademarks, intellectual property, passes and wristbands may not be used for advertising, promotions, contest, sweepstakes, or any commercial purpose. Our official festival sponsors do so with the express permission of the nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization Yes I Can Unity Through Music and Education.

Can I sell my products/goods/food in the venue parking lots or inside or outside of the venue?

No. If you don’t have vending approval from The Good Karma Music & Arts Festival, your items will be surrendered/confiscated by festival security.

Can I bring my pop-up tent, umbrellas and chairs and set up camp in the festival?

No. This blocks the view for other people and everyone deserves the chance to see their favorite artists.

What if it rains … can I get my money back?

No, we are unable to issue refunds for tickets. This festival is rain or shine and we are expecting great weather.

Travel

Where can I park my RV or Motorhome?

Sorry, there is no parking for RVs or motorhomes.

I locked my keys in the car……my car won’t start….I lost my keys…will there be a tow truck or AAA on site?

There will not be a tow truck or AAA on site. If you have lost any items, be sure to stop by Lost & Found to look for your keys first.

Where is the nearest train or bus stop?

Buses: The Transit Information Network (TIN) provides riders with up-to-the-minute information on the current location of their bus via the web, cell phone or electronic bus stop signage installed at key areas throughout the transit system. Where is the nearest gas station, drug store, food place, grocery store, coffee shop, etc.?

Centre Pointe Marketplace is located directly across from the venue off Golden Valley Road and Centre Pointe Parkway, where there is a Walmart Supercenter, Sam's Club, Wicked Chicken, Starbucks, Bank of America, Panda Express, Rattlers Bar-B-Q, Jersey Mikes, and many other retail establishments. Sam’s Club offers a gas station, however, there are multiple additional gas stations conveniently located within a 5 mile radius of the venue as well.

Where is the Uber, Lyft, or taxi drop-off and pick-up? What about friend and family drop-off and pick-up?

There is a convenient rideshare & carpool pick-up/drop-off area located directly next to the front gate entrance to the festival. This area is ADA-accessible and features a roundabout and dual entry & exit points for convenience and maximum traffic flow. In addition to this area, there are other convenient landmarks within walking distance of the venue for additional pick-up and drop-off locations.

Where is motorcycle parking?

Sorry, there is no designated parking at the venue for motorcycles.

What if I am arriving in a limo?

Sorry, there is no designated parking at the venue for oversized vehicles, such as limos, RVs/motorhomes.

Where is the venue?

The festival is located at The Santa Clarita Skate Park & Field located at 20840 Centre Pointe Parkway, Santa Clarita, CA 91350. The venue is approximately 2 miles from the Golden Valley Road exit off the CA-14.

What’s at the festival?

Will there be vegetarian food at the festival? Vegan? Gluten-free?

Yes to all of the above!

Will there be all-gender restrooms?

Yes. All-gender restrooms will be available and may be used by any person regardless of gender identity or expression.

Will I be able to find Crowd Management (Security) if I need to?

Absolutely, security will be present throughout the festival grounds.

Will there be ATMs on site? Where is the nearest ATM?

No. Centre Pointe Marketplace is located directly across from the venue off Golden Valley Road and Centre Pointe Parkway, where there is a Bank of America ATM.

Are credit cards accepted? What about debit? Cash?

Yes.

Will there be a Lost & Found where I can look for my missing stuff? (Keys, wallet, mobile phone, etc.)

Yes.

Will there be medical service on site?

Yes. Medical stations will be clearly visible at the festival.

Can I get water on site? How much will it cost? Will there be free water refills?

Bottled water will be sold at numerus food vendor locations on site.

Will there be merchandise sold on site?

Yes. Please visit the YIC merchandise booth.

Will there be a festival map available so we can see the location of food vendors, merchandise vendors, and bathroom areas? What about the location of stages each band will be playing on?

A festival map and set times will be shared on the Good Karma Fest website as we get closer to the event.

Will there be electrical outlets or charging stations for mobile phones?

No.

Will there be breast pumping stations?

Need a place to pump and store? We got you covered! Bring your own pump to the medical tent for an exclusive pumping and feeding space.
